People! Since a few months before i last posted:)
I'm very sorry that the Dec outing for last yr was canceled, but i will be arranging another this March holiday. This is not confirmed, but i will inform you guys first. Same as last yr, we will vote to see which place who you guys prefer most:) All expenses to be paid by yourselves.

2nd: East Coast Park

yep, class bbq is gonna change to my place due to some weird reasons of miss tan.
*rolls eyes -.-
anw, i've booked the pit from 6 to 10 so hedy suggested that we all reach at 5 or so.
those who wanna come over early can meet me at some place first.

those staying at bp area, meet at bp interchange around 4 or 4.30 den maybe we'll send someone to bring you all in one group? (take bus 184 or 75) **
those staying in cck, obviously meet at cck interchange. (take bus 67)
jurong, take mrt to bukit batok and meet as one group. (from bt batok, take bus 852)
other places, idk. xD

BBQ will still be held on 7th Nov. The venue might change to one of our classmate's condo. If everything is confirm, i'll inform everyone asap. There'll also be a slight change for time, it may start from 5pm and right up to 10pm. Sorry for all the inconvenience. I'm also here to update who will be bringing what food. People that has not contributed something, please contribute or share with someone to contribute something. Once again, the cake that i'm going to buy will be sponsored by the class fund. You're suppose to print it out and ask yr parents to sign.

The food for the BBQ will not be catered, instead we'll do pot-luck. Pot-luck means each of us will bring some food to share with the rest. I will update the list of food that some of us will be bringing.
As usual, the cake will be from the class fund. We do need people to contribute things like new tongs, aluminum foil, etc etc. Drinks will be contributed by some guys of the class.
I'll try my very best to book the pit asap.

Hey class, please confirm if you're going or not going to the BBQ latest by MONDAY (20/10).
I don't want to have any problems like people not coming (e.g. last minute decision) and wasting the food that is being ordered. We've decided to use the class fund ($41) for some help. The pit will cost $12 and it is from the class fund. Estimated $15 - $17 will be used for things like drinks/disposable utensils/rubbish bag/tongs/charcoal/fire starter and etc. I'll use the rest to buy a cake to celebrate the 'graduation day' for all of us.

All of you are only required to pay for the food, which i will order as soon as possible. I estimate that the cost will not be more than $8 - $10 PER person. I will confirm the no. of people going and not going on Monday. I will take it as you're not coming if you don't inform me by latest Thursday (23/10). Malay boys you can make your own way to East Coast Park by taking 966 at the bus-stop beside Pending Lrt after your Friday prayer. I'll need a few boys to be early enough because there'll be quite a number of things to take. Games will start at 3pm and it will end at 5, BBQ will start at estimated time 6pm. Clearing up starts at 830/845 pm.

Classmates, if your house have any disposable utensils that is new and untouched, can you kindly bring it to school to me between 20 - 23 Oct? This will help us to reduce our cost for the disposable utensils and buy a bigger cake that is enough for 45 people. Estimated people coming is 45, including teachers. There'll still be a 1-day outing for 2E2 in December 2008, do await! :D

** NOTICE THE NEW DATES FOR THE BBQ @ EAST COAST PARK.

VENUE: BBQ Pit @ East Coast Park.
DATE: 7th October 2008 (Friday)
TIME: 11am to 10pm (latest)

Instructions: We'll meet in a group to travel from somewhere (E.g. CCK Mrt station) and arrive at East Coast Park. There'll be games/activities from 12 to 3 or 1 to 4. BBQ will start around 5/6pm in the evening, and we will pack up the latest at 8.45/9pm. People who are coming are required to pay an amount (not sure how much yet), i will use the class fund to help if Miss Tan allows. I will confirm the number of people coming asap to see how much food we have to cater. If you say that you're coming, do come and enjoy with us. Casual wear is recommended. Please bring extra clothing (everyone) if we're playing water games.
